RDP ThinBook Return Policy
ThinBook - Replacement Only Product
- If ThinBook received as Dead on Arrival the buyer has to take the device to the nearest Support Centers within 7 days of Delivery and get it certified as Dead on Arrival (We have 100 + Service Centers across India which has been listed in our Website (http://rdp.in/thinbook/service-centers/) (or) He/she can simply call to our IVRS 040 - 4816 1111 (Mon to Sat 10 to 19.30) and can get information about our Service centers).
- He/she must send DOA Certificate to RDP Customer Support Team, then only the replacement will initiate.
- ThinBook is not eligible for Refund until & unless the Replacement device also defective (That also must be certified by local Service Center).
- After 7 days of delivery there won’t be any replacement on ThinBook, only repair can be done under 1 Year Warranty Policy.
